structured water is water that is moving and unable to gather pollutants but is full of life and possibly the most absorptive form of water.

I used to have a shower head that supposedly structured water. It was pretty cool. It made my hair feel really silky. Unfortunately, i forgot it when I moved out, so someone else is enjoying my structured-water shower head now. Oh well, time to get a new one i suppose!

I had a structured water filter. I would filter my tap water through that first, then through the regular filter, but I always thought water tasted a little odd if it went through the structured water filter first.

Why would it taste weird?

It might taste weird because of the pollutants that aren't there. People who believe in structured water say that by structuring it, it releases its hold on any pollutants. When you use a regular water filter, it might only be processing 99% of pollutants, and some may be left behind completely in your water.
