Water Aerobics
Read more at www.altmeds.comMy friend leads a water aerobics workout every morning at a senior center. They have meetings at this building that has a heated indoor pool. Every morning at 9am they meet, sometimes with floaty-noodles or flippers, and do about 30 or so minutes of just gentle movements in the water. This is a great way to wake up and stretch out, especially for the population of elders who are prone to joint stiffness and fall injuries. Water therapy is a great way to get safe resistance and support while you work out.
