Tips to combat emotional overeating

Do you eat because your body is hungry, or because you feel sad and anxious? If you use food as a drug to help you deal with your emotions, you might be an “emotional overeater.” Many people overeat to calm themselves and numb feelings of panic or depression. April is emotional Overeating Awareness month.
