Meditation grows your brain

Researchers at Harvard, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Yale recently discovered that regular meditation can change the structure of the brain. The brains of experienced meditators were scanned and compared to brain scans from those who did not meditate; the meditators had thicker brains in the areas that deal with processing sensory input and focus.
