Vitamin E Oil for Skin

I use Vitamin E oil as a massage oil and instead of hand lotion after a bath. I like that it doesn't have a lot of chemicals in it like regular hand lotion does.

RE: Vitamin E Oil for Skin I do this too, and it's even good for your hair although you have to wash it out well after conditioning. The Vitamin E oil I get is mostly soybean oil with some Vitamin E in it. I add a few drops of Lavender essential oil and it smells great! 07.03.11 Read more at www.altmeds.com
