Many busy teens have to face a choice: With limited hours in the day, will they give up school work, hanging out with friends, or sleep?

Not surprisingly, the choice for most of them is to give up on sleep. Experts many teens are sleeping so little that it is putting them at risk for many health disadvantages.

The consequences can even be deadly. According to the CDC, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Preventions, tired teens are more likely to consider suicide.
