Juicing for my health



I have been juicing to make sure I get enough fruits and veggies into my diet. I tend to be too busy to do a lot of cooking, even though I wish I could make balanced meals all the time. Healthy Eating can be time consuming for me since I am a culinary novice, but juicing seems to help me a lot. There are so many juice combinations that I never get sick of it!

I like to add flax seed to my smoothies and juices for added protein.
