It’s that time of year when ragweed is in full bloom, releasing its pollen into the air. Some people react to the pollen worse than others—with headaches, congestion, and low energy—after being outdoors or near a ragweed patch.  But even if you stay in bed all day, you can get a dose of pollen that will make you miserable.
