Zinc is one of the macrominerals. It is found in brewer's yeast, bone meal, wheat germ, beans, nuts, seeds, fish, and meat, especially liver. It is most effective when taken with Vitamin A, calcium, and copper. Zinc is necessary for healing and the development of new cells.
