Your brain runs the show for your body. Our brains are so important but they are vulnerable to germs and pollutants. What can we do?

1.       Eat Black Cod from Alaska which is a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids; it has more Omega 3 than salmon. Black Cod is sustainable meaning there are more than enough to keep repopulating even if they are harvested for human food.

2.       Get antioxidants. Blueberries have them, and so do supplements like L-Carnitine and Alpha Lipoic Acid.
