As yoga continues to gain mainstream acceptance, the different types of yoga styles and the teachers who offer them has increased exponentially.  From ancient traditional poses to modern hybrids, yoga pervades fitness, health, diet, medicine and spiritual/meditative practices  There are yoga approaches that target specific areas of the body, such as the abs.  There are styles that are designed to deal with back or neck pain, pregnancy, relaxation, asthma, epilepsy, heart disease, carpal tunnel, and even depression.  So how do you find the right approach and the right teacher?  It depends on what you are looking for.
